CLINICAL AND FIELD EXPERIENCE

NRI General Hospital is well known for its specialties and super specialties in the entire coastal District of Andhra Pradesh.

Clinical facilities are provided in NRI 750 bedded super specialty hospital with an average 900 to 1200 out patients a day. The average in patient occupancy is 500 to 700. The super specialty wings are famous for their 24 hours of commendable service.

The NRI General super specialty hospital has trauma centre, rehabilitation unit, physical therapy and almost all super specialty wards supported by most advanced operation theaters with international standards. The students are well acquainted with their worth-mentioning service with the most advanced techniques and procedures.
The Obstetrics & Gynecology Department has more than 310 confinements in a month so that student has excellent experience in witnessing and conducting deliveries.

As part of Community Health Nursing experience in Urban centers of Israilpet Guntur, Ranigari thota and in Rural health centers in peddaparimi - Nambur, Duggirala, Venigandla, students have participated in various National health programmes like AIDS awareness, pulse polio and NSS programme etc.
